Baytown 16

The City of Baytown television channel, Baytown 16, can be viewed on the basic programming tier of Comcast cable on channel 16 and or streaming below. The only live regularly scheduled programming are City Council meetings which take place every 2nd and 4th Thursday of the months at 6:30 PM. This channel runs 24/7 for government information as well as public and emergency announcements.
