Community Development Transportation Program

The goal of this Program is to provide eligible residents with non-emergency transportation services within the city limits of Baytown and to/from Houston for medical appointments.

How Do I Qualify?

  • Applicants must be a resident of the City of Baytown;
  • Applicants must be 62 years of age or older, have a certified disability, or  receive a referral for domestic violence/sexual assault;
  • All members of applicant’s household must be legal residents of the United States; and
  • Applicant’s household annual gross income must not exceed 50% of the median income limits.                          

How to Apply

Submit a completed Community Development Transportation Program application with required documentation to the Community Development Division at Baytown City Hall, 2401 Market St., Baytown, TX, or via email to CDBG@baytown.org. Applicants that are below 62 years of age must submit  a Verification of Disability form with their completed application.
